Becoming A Fashion Designer and Start A Fashion Line

My dream was to be a fashion designer when I was a teenager. However, finally I became a graphic designer for some reasons. My major was arts and crafts in college. That was why I was a graphic designer for more than 10 years. I moved to USA 3 years ago. And then moved to Puerto Rico one more years ago. After I moved to Puerto Rico, I decided to be a painter and fashion designer. I studied painting courses in college. I also studied fashion designe courses.

I do love graphic design and fashion design. For now, I love fashion design more in my heart. I painted patterns by hand or by digital art for my fashion designs. If you want to see my fashion original designs, click here.

I want to start my fashion line. For the reason, I found some online fashion courses. I want to join these courses to help me to start my fashion line.

Chinese Traditional Costume Culture

I love Chinese traditional costume culture. They are pretty, elegant and particular. Some of my creative inspiration of art came from it. 

Chinese traditional costumes play an important role and as a vital part of Chinese civilization in the country’s history and culture. 

Chinese traditional costumes have many other features like appearance, cutting, decorative, patterns, color and design style.  They had changed a lot in the various dynasties. However, whichever way they changed, their style was still very distinctive.

Whatis the representation of Chinese traditional costumes?
There are eight costumes are featured as Chinese traditional costumes.

1. Tang Dynasty Costume
2. Song Dynasty Costume
3. Yuan Dynasties Costume
4. Ming Dynasty Costume
5. Qing Dynasty - Traditional Manchu costume
6. Chinese Suit (Tangzhuang)
7. Traditional Chinese Han costume (Hanfu)
8. Chinese Cheongsam (Qipao)      

I love Tang Dynasty costumes very much, but we can't wear it nowadays. However, we can still wear some styles of Chinese Cheongsams today.

Although the fashion trend changes over time, there are several types of Cheongsams still are popular till today both at home and abroad.

Chinese traditional costume culture has a long-standing history, distinctive ethnic flavor and profound cultural foundation, enjoy great fame in China and throughout the world. Chinese traditional costume culture arouses the admiration of foreigners.

A Graceful and Elegant Art Mode

I worked as a graphic designer for more than 10 years. I focus on fashion design and painting since last year. I am expert in mixed media & digital art.

My artworks are amazing for home decor. Some are in Chinese style. You will like my art if you love Chinese cultures and like art.  

The sculpture below is one of my art. It has been combined by one original sculpture and digital art. It is in strong Chinese traditional culture style. The two women look like a twin sister. Maybe you think they are too sexy. I should say they are sexy but elegant. 

It is a graceful and elegant art mode. I love the art mode. It is gorgeous for home decor.
